Mathematics and Statistics for Aotearoa New Zealand Years 0-8

In the Reports dashboard, results from pre and post tests can be distilled into three groups and colour coded according to their percentage: 

• A = Above level (green) – 70 to 100%
• O = On level (yellow) – 40 to 69%
• B = Below level (pink) – 0 to 39%

The Reports dashboard allows you to view your students grouped by their results from each pre and post-test so you can more easily determine your next steps of targeted teaching.

You can also print this list. 

Instructions

Begin by clicking 'View' on the unit the pre/post-test belongs to. 

The pre and post-tests for all topics in the unit will be presented in columns on the dashboard.

Click the three dots to expand the menu options for your selected pre/post test, then click 'Show student groups'.

A pop-out window will present the results of all students who have completed the test as grouped by their level.

We can see from this example that two students are performing above level (A), one student is performing at standard (O) and no students have have yet to score below the expected standard (B). 

Students who have not completed the test will not be included in the grouped reports. 

To print or download this list, click ''Print list.

This will generate a PDF file which you can save to your computer and/or print for a hardcopy reference.
