What do I do if my item is misbound or damaged?

We are sorry to hear your book has arrived in less than excellent condition.  

Please contact OUP Customer Support as soon as possible from the time the delivery was received so we can arrange for a replacement. 

Using the submit query button below, please include the following information-  

• ISBN’s and quantity of the books you would like to return  
• The invoice number they arrived on  
• Reason for return- damaged or misbound.
