If you have received an item that is incorrect, damaged, or faulty, please contact OUP Customer Support within 14 days of your invoice date.
Please request a Return Authorisation via the Submit Query button at the top right of this page. Include your invoice number and the item you wish to return and we will email you the authorisation or a follow up response.
Returns will not be accepted without a Return Authorisation.
eBooks are sold on a firm-sale only basis, meaning they cannot be returned under any circumstances.
