If you have received an item that is incorrect, damaged, or faulty, or that does not meet your expectations, please contact OUP Customer Support as soon as possible from the time the delivery was received.
We may consider returns for Non-damaged or faulty goods under certain circumstances, subject to the goods being in new condition, and any plastic wrapping must be intact.
Please request a Return Authorisation via the Submit Query button below. Include your invoice number and the item you wish to return and we will email you the authorisation or a follow up response.
Returns will not be accepted without a Return Authorisation.
