I purchased an oBook via the OUP website
If you have purchased an oBook or eBook via the OUP ANZ website you will be emailed your access code shortly after your order is processed.
If you have not received a code please check both your spam and junk mail folders to see if the code has ended up in there.
If you have not received your code within an hour of payment processing please contact our customer support team at cs.au@oup.com to arrange access. Please ensure to include your name, email, book title, and order number (if known) in your email for speedy processing.
Please note: If your order included shipping costs, you likely ordered a book + oBook, please see the I purchased a student book + oBook via the OUP website heading below for more information.
I purchased a student book + oBook via the OUP website
If you have purchased a student book + oBook via the OUP website your code will be printed on the inside cover of your physical book. This ensures that the content in the physical book and digital books directly align for smooth and consistent access across forms.
Instructions on how to activate the digital code can also be found here.
Unfortunately we cannot provide a copy of the digital code for you to use until the book is delivered. If you need urgent digital access please email us at cs.au@oup.com.
I purchased a second hand book
Codes inside our secondary textbooks can be re-activated for a fee if they are not currently activated in the calendar year. If the code in your secondhand book has been activated in the current year (ie after January 1) by the original owner and they have then on-sold to you, you will need to either contact the seller to have them deactivate the product, or purchase a new code at oup.com.au.
See the links below for instructions to re-activate a secondhand code:
