Resolving 403 errors
403 errors on Oxford Digital tend to occur due to storage issues with the browser being used or issues with your internet connection. We recommend attempting the following to to resolve the issue, and allow you to regain access to your oBook.
Please ensure that the browser you are using is up to date as per the below.
Windows OS: Chrome v106+ or Edge v106+
MacOS: Chrome v106+ or Edge v106+
iPad: Safari v15.6+
If this has not resolved the issue, please try clearing your cache/cookies, and then logging out and back into your Oxford Digital account, or attempting to sign in through a different browser (eg. Chrome, Edge, Firefox).
To clear your cache in most desktop browsers (Chrome, Edge, Firefox), press Ctrl+Shift+Delete (Windows) or Command+Shift+Delete (Mac) to open the "Clear browsing data" menu. Select "Cached images and files" and choose a time range, then click "Delete data" to free up space and fix website issues.
