Accessing Student Results
Inside your oBook, select 'reports' to view the reporting menu.
In the left-side menu, select your class,
This will open up a summary of the results for your class.
To view specific results, click the unit heading you wish to view,
Inside the unit, you will be able to see student results for each pre- and post-test they have completed.
Results will be colour coded as either 'above level', 'on level', or 'working towards'.
Changing Student Results
To update a student's result, click on the grade you wish to update.
This will open up a pop-up box which will show students answers for each question, as well as the correct answer.
Here, we can see that this student selected the incorrect answer for question 8, and received 0/4 marks.
To change this result, click 'Edit' in the top right corner of the box,
This will open up a dialogue box below the marks, and will make the mark editable.
You will also be able to see the maximum marks available for each question below its mark.
Using these, you can enter your preferred mark and add in any relevant comments in the box below.
For example, I have given this student half marks (2/4) for their working out.
To save student results, click 'Save' in the top right corner,
Results will update automatically in the assessment report.
