obook pro: How to assign resources from the RESOURCES tab

1. In the RESOURCES tab click on the Assign resources button.

2. Click on the check box in the bottom right of the resource frame to highlight a resource you wish to assign to your students. You can select multiple resources to assign. Note you will see a tally of resources assigned in the blue Assign button. Click Assign.

3. Select a start date and an end date. The days between the start and end dates of your assignment are now highlighted blue in the calendar. You should now see the Apply button appear at the bottom of the menu. Click Apply.

4. Select a class. All students in that class will now appear in the column on the right. All students have been selected by default. You can click on the check boxes to deselect students. Click on the Apply button at the bottom of the pane and you will be navigated to a confirmation screen.

5. Confirm the details. You can edit the details by clicking on the edit icon.

6. Select the Send email notification check box. Write a subject line and short message to your student/s. Click on the Confirm & Send button.

7. You will see this confirmation message. Click the Done button to make sure you are navigated back to the RESOURCES tab.
