In Oxford Digital you can create/edit classes in several ways, including from the Class Management section, but also using the quick link on the Library page and even from within the titles using our latest platform.
Who can create/edit classes?
Any teacher can create and view classes for their school. If you have just registered a new Oxford Digital teacher account, your account must first be validated by another teacher at your school, or by contacting the Oxford Digital Support team.
Once verified/validated, you will then be able to view or join existing classes, and create new ones.

Creating a Class & Adding Students
There are two ways to create classes.
- You can either create individual classes (a quick option if you want to create a couple of classes for yourself),
- or create classes in bulk via a .csv file upload (perfect for school administrators who are tasked with creating all classes for their school at the start of the year).

Adding Teachers to Classes
If you have just registered a new Oxford Digital teacher account, your account must first be validated by another teacher at your school, or by contacting the Oxford Digital Support team.
Once verified/validated, you will then be able to view or join existing classes, and create new ones.

Move a student or teacher to another class
Any teacher/school admin with access to multiple classes can move students/teachers from one class to another.
This is done via the 'Manage Classes' tab will not delete the students history or results linked to their account.

School administrators have the ability to delete entire classes on Oxford Digital.
Deleting classes will wipe all results associated with a class. This action cannot be undone,

Resetting Student Passwords
You can manage your students' passwords in the Manage Classes tab.
The passwords of students with picture logins will be a combination of a number, colour and picture. Login details can be printed off as a card for students.
