When you export a member list, a CSV file is generated that includes all members for the selected calendar year. Save this file to your computer. This list can be used to upload new members at the start of the year, and to update existing members e.g. at the start of the school year (see Create classes by spreadsheet upload and Moving existing members up a year at the start of school year ). This list is also useful for planning the transition from one school year to the next.
- Click the classes tab.
- Using the dropdown menu, select the calendar year whose members you wish to export (generally it will be the most recent calendar year).
- Using the dropdown menu, select the year levels whose members you wish to export. (If you wish to export all the members in the system, there is no need to select a year level as the default selection is set to ‘all’.) You can also drill down further and select a specific class whose members you wish to export.
- Click Table CSV export.
- Save the CSV file to your computer.
