If you wish to use the digital product for Oxford Literacy Assess, Oxford Literacy Independent and the Oxford Atlas+ for Australian Schools, you will need to allocate products to each class.
Option 1: Adding products from the classes : manage area
- Click the products tab to go to the classes : manage area
- In the row containing the product you wish to add to your classes, click the spanner icon in the manage subscription column. A list of the classes in the system will appear. For those classes that have the selected product, a green tick will be displayed. For those classes that do not have the selected product, a black tick will be displayed.
- To allocate the product to a particular class, find a class in the list and click the black tick in the add column. The black tick will turn green, indicating that the selected class now has access to that product.
Option 2: Adding products from the classes : manage area
- Click the classes tab to go to the classes: manage area
- Find the class you wish to allocate a product to. Click select under the products column.
- A pop-up window will appear. Select the product(s) you wish to add to the class by clicking on the black tick. The black tick will turn green, indicating that the selected class now has access to that product.
- Click close. The title of the product will now display beside the class under the products column.
